By booking a charter with Untethered Sailing or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are processed through our partner, Marquis Charter. By making a reservation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Arrive at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time
• Comply with all safety instructions provided by our crew
• Respect the vessel and equipment

Safety and Conduct

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests:

• All passengers must follow crew instructions at all times
• The captain reserves the right to modify or terminate any charter for safety reasons
• Guests engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be denied boarding or removed from the vessel without refund
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times
• Alcohol consumption must be responsible and legal

Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance and prioritize safety, sailing involves inherent risks. By boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Untethered Sailing, its owners, operators, and crew harmless from any claims arising from the charter, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
